1. Returns

You have 7 days** from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

* The item must be in its original packaging.

* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

## 2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

* Gift items

* Fancy items

* Designer /embroided items

* Perishable goods (if applicable)

## 3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at customercare@archanasteel.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 2 day of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

## 4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

* Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

* Please allow **[7–10] business days** for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

## 5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at customercare@archanasteel.com within  2 days** of receiving your order.

## 6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within  48 hours  of delivery with:

* Your order number

* Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

## 7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.
